| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of the clinical nursing pathway applied in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy with hohnium laser lithotripsy. Method A clinical pathway group was established to develop the clinical nursing pathway for patients receiving percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy. Results After application of clinical pathway, the average day of hospital stay and the hospitalization cost both were significantly lower than before（ P 〈 0.01 ） , while the satisfaction degree and health knowledge of patients were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Applying elinieal nursing pathway in patients undergoing pereutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotfipsy can reduce their burden and improve their satisfaction. Clinical nursing pathway is an effective management model, which should be applied widely. |
