改良腹骶会阴肛门成型术治疗高中位肛门闭锁

目的；探讨高，中位肛门直肠闭锁手术方法的改良。方法：对11例高，中位肛门直肠闭锁分别采用I期纵切口骶会阴和腹骶会阴联合肛门成型术替代传统的术式。结果：术后除1例因合并心脏大血管转位转院治疗外，其余病例随访显示，肛门具有较明显收缩力，无明显肛门失禁，排便功能良好，效果满意。结论：改良后的术式暴露充分。正常神经肌肉组织损伤轻，缩短病程，效果良好。

Treatment of high and middle imperforate anus with improved abdominoperineoanoplasty

Objective:To investigate the improvement of operative mode for anoreetal malformation.Methods: 11 cases of anorectal malformation were treated with stage I piocto-plasty of pasterior sagital and abdominal sacroperineal incision respective to instead of traditional method.Results: All cases,execpt one case with cardial transposition,were showed that the contractile force was strength, no anus incontinence,defecation function was normal and the efficacy was better.Conclusion: The improved operative mode have enough exposure of operative field and have less injury of nerve and muscle tissue.Moreover, stage I of proto-plasty can shorten the course of disease.
