妊娠合并血小板减少症50例分析

目的 :观察妊娠合并血小板减少症产后出血情况及分娩期处理。方法 :选择 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 1 1月在我院分娩的血小板减少症 50例进行分析。结果 :妊娠期有出血症状 1 2例 ,1 2例分娩期有大出血 ,产后出血率为 2 4 % ,分娩期出血量与血小板数值呈负相关。结论 :妊娠期当血小板 <50× 1 0 9/L ,伴出血症状时 ,可应用肾上腺皮质激素、输血、输浓缩血小板等治疗 ,以减少分娩期并发症。分娩方式以适当放宽手术指征为宜。

Clinical analysis of 50 cases of pregnancy with thrombopenia

Objective:To observe postpartum hemorrhage and the treatment in delivery of pregnancy with thrombopenia.Methods:From January to November 2000,50 cases of pregnancy with thrombopenia was selected for clinical analysis.Results:There were 12 cases bleeding in pregnancy,another 12 cases bled seriously in delivery,and the prevalence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 24%.There is negative correlation between the prevalence rate of intrapartum hemorrhage and the number of thrombocyte.Conclusions:When the thrombocyte number is below 50×10 9/L and the gravides had the symptoms of bleeding,some therapeutic approaches such as transfusing blood or spissated thrombocyte,using corticoid could decrease intrapartum complications.It seems to be appropriate for delivery mode to widen the index of caesarean section.
