荒漠肉苁蓉种子萌发与吸器形成的形态学研究

目的 观察荒漠肉苁蓉种子萌发与吸器形成的形态发生过程。方法 通过组织培养，采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对种子萌发及吸器形成过程进行了观察。结果 种子在接种2周后，开始露白，然后形成芽管状器官，进一步顶端膨大成初生吸器。在初生吸器上，厚的带状表皮围成均匀窝状，窝内又均匀分布着乳头状突起。结论 荒漠肉苁蓉种子萌发由胚根极的活动形成的单极性的幼苗发育方式。初生吸器是肉苁蓉黏着寄主的器官。
