卡托普利联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效

目的：观察卡托普利与百令胶囊联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：选择我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病并早期肾病的患者38例，在控制血糖及限蛋白饮食治疗的同时，给予卡托普利12．5～25mg，tid；百令胶囊1．0g，tid联合治疗3个月；用药前后测定患者的24h尿白蛋白，血甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血尿素氮、血肌酐的变化。结果：治疗前与治疗后血尿素氮、血肌酐变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而尿蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇的变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：卡托普利联合百令胶囊可使糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白减少，并降低血甘油三酯、胆固醇水平，是治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效办法。

Clinical Effects of Captopril Combined with Baling Capsules in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy
