谷氨酸单钠对新生期大鼠下丘脑内侧基底部神经元的神经毒性作用

摘    要:通过对新生期大鼠皮下注射谷氨酸单钠(MSG),观察对下丘脑內侧基底部神经元的影响?峁砻?MSG可毁损下丘脑弓状核、腹内侧核、具有明显的神经毒性作用,其毒性作用可能随着作用剂量的加大或时间的延长而增大。未见到MSG对下丘脑背内侧核神经元的损伤作用。

EFFECT OF MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE ON HYPOTHAUAMIC NEURONS IN THE NEW BORN RAT
Abstract:Monosodium glutamate (MSG) was injected into the skin of 12 new born rats (2mg/gm. one time/every second day, total 4 times). The neurodegenerative effect has been observed in the 5th, 9th and 12th week after the administration of MSG. Results showed that the degenerative neurons damaged by MSG were located in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and the hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus, but not in the hypothalamic dorsomedial nucleus. The neurodegenerative effct may be strengthened as the prolongation of the time and the increase of the dosage of SMG.
