摘    要:目的:通过心室定量模拟实验,比较长度-面积法和视频密度法测量心室不同收缩及显影状态室腔容积和射血分数(EF)的准确性。方法:对室壁不同运动状态有室腔显影不均的单,双向造影像,分别以长度-面积法和视频密度法测量室腔容积和EF并与实际值比较。结果;双向造影的长度-面积法EF测量值与实际值无显性差异。单向造影的测量值在局部室壁运动减弱时差异显;

Abstract:Objective:The area length and videodensitometry methods were employed to calculate left ventricular (LV) volume and ejection fraction (EF) quantitatively in analog experiments in DSA.The measurement values were compared with real values so as to choose the best measuring method in order to improve the accuracy of quantitative diagnosis in clinical use.Methods:On single plane and biplane DSA images (including cases with normal ventricular wall motion,hypokinesia and insufficient mixing of contrast medium in ventricular cavity) the area length method and videodensitometry method were used to calculate the volume and EF respectively.Results:The result of biplane area length method was found to be more accurate than those obtained with other two methods in abnormal wall motion and insufficient mixing of contrast medium,the error of EF was nonsignificant (P>0.05);but in the calculation of LV volume and EF by single plane area length method,the error of EF was significant (P<0.01) when there was hypokinesia of local wall motion. The error of EF obtained with videodensitometry method also was significant (P<0.01) when there was insufficient mixing of contrast mediun in the ventricule.Conclusion:The single plane area length method is suitable for cases who do not have abnormal wall motion and may replace biplane area lenth method in clinical practice;but in cases having hypokinesia of local wall motion,the result of biplane area lenth method was more accurate.The videodensitometry method cannot be used in selective LV DSA because of insufficient mixing of contrast medium,but it can be used in intravenous DSA with accurate result.
