腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿48例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值.方法 对腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的48例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其安全性、可行性.结果 腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿48例,术中出血平均80ml,手术平均时间55min,平均住院日4d,无一例中转开腹,无术时术后并发症发生.结论 掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿安全有效,其创伤小,出血少,康复快,住院时间短,可作为临床选用的一种理想术式.

Clinic analysis of ovarian cyst treated with laparoscopy

Objective To explore the value of laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods The clinical datas of 48 cases with [aparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed,its safety and possibility were explored. Results Forty-eight patients with ovarian cyst underwent laparoscopic oophorocystectomy. The average blood loss during operation was 80ml, the mean operation was 55 minutes, the mean hospitalization was 4 days. No one converted to open prodecure, no visceral injured, no chemical peritonitis occurred. Conclusion If the indications are well selected, laparoscopic operation is feasible and safe in treating most ovarian cysts. It may be a kind of ideal type of treatment for the clinic to choose.
