胃癌围手术期以236—1要素膳营养支持的系列研究

一、临床前瞻性研究,经手术治疗52例胃癌病人,以随机配对分组。术前各项检查及手术处理区组间无显著差异。以236-1要素膳,营养支持组与对照组比较,术后体重变化、营养指教、术后合并症发生、住院天数等指标差异显著(P<0.05)或非常显著(P<0.01)。236ED与国外近期应用要素膳报道比较,副作用小。二、以肌苷对营养支持进行保护:在236ED营养支持的同时,肌苷能抑制小鼠S180实体瘤的生长,动物存活期限较对照组长。胃癌围手术期病人服用肌苷后血清成糖类氨基酸下降非常显著。三、胃癌合并糖尿病患者的营养支持:8例病人的自身对照提示236ED不增加胰岛负担,糖尿病人也可做安全的营养支持。

A Systematic Study of Nutritional Supplement with 236-1 Elemental Diet (236ED) in Perioperative Period of Patient with Gastric Cancer(GC)

In a preliminary clinical study 52 patients with GC were randomized into two groups, control and nutritional supported with 236ED, according to the International DME Standard Medical Experimental Programme. There was no difference observed between these two groups in various parameters before and during operation. After operation, however, body weight, nutritional index, incidence of complications and hospitalized days differed significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01). The untoward reactions or 236ED were less than those reported in foreign literatures. Inosine, a gradient of 236ED could depress the growth of solid tumor (S180) of mice and prolonged the survival as compared with the control mice. Serum glucogenie amino-acld level in the perioperative period was significantly lowered in GC patients treated with inosine. The autocontrol observation in 8 cases showed that 236ED did not increase the stress of pancreas. Diabetic patietns could be safely supported nutritionally.
