十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵性能的试验观察

目的 :十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为无色透明液体 ,原液 p H6 .6 5。为了解其杀灭微生物效果及影响因素、稳定性与腐蚀性 ,进行了载体定量杀菌试验、热稳定性试验及金属腐蚀性试验。结果 :在 19～ 2 1℃ ,以含十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 2 0 0 0 m g/L 稀释液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作用 4min,以含十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 5 0 0 0 mg/L 稀释液对布片上白色念珠菌作用 8m in,杀灭率均达 99.90 %以上。杀菌效果因作用温度降低而下降 ,在溶液 p H为 4.11～ 8.10时无明显变化。该样品于 5 4℃恒温箱中放置 14d,下降率为 1.12 4%。含十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 10 0 0 0 mg/L 的稀释液对不锈钢、铜和铝基本无腐蚀 ,对碳钢有轻度腐蚀。结论 :该消毒剂为杀菌效果较好、性质稳定、对金属腐蚀性较小的消毒剂。

EXPERIMENT OBSERVATION ON PROPERTIES OF DODECYL DIMETHYL BENZYL AMMONIUM CHLORIDE

Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride is a colourless transparent liquid, pH value of 6.65. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and its infuencing factors, stability and corrosiveness. Carrier quantitative germicidal test , content measurement and immersion of metals were carried out. The results indicated that at 19~21℃, the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the same solution containing dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 2000mg/L for 4 min respectively and Candida albicuns exposed to a soluton containing dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 5000mg/L for 8 min were higher than 99.90%. The germicidal efficacy decreased with decreasing the temperature, while it showed no significant change at pH value of the solution ranging from 4.11 to 8.10. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride content of the stored solution decreased by 0.3379%. The solution containing dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 10000mg/L had no corrosive effect on stainless steel, copper and alummium, slightly corrosive effect on carbon steel. It was found by examination that dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride is a disinfectant with good germicidal efficacy, stability and slight corrosive effect on metals.
