脑血管病病人体液免疫指标的动态研究

摘    要:对115例脑血管疾病病人血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体C_3和循环免疫复合物(CIC)进行了测定,并对其中的67例急性期脑血管病病人脑脊液Ig,补体C_3,白蛋白、IgG指数进行检测;对缺血性脑血管病进行了脑动脉硬化期、TIA期、急性发作期、恢复期的动态观察.结果表明,缺血性脑血管病病人体液免疫指标随着病情的加重有升高的趋势.脑出血和蛛网膜下腔出血都有体液免疫反应增强和血脑屏障破坏(BBB),后者还有CIC的形成增多.缺血性脑血管病的动态观察发现其临床前期、急性期及恢复期体液免疫变化持续存在.提示缺血性脑血管病的发病原理可能与免疫反应有密切关系.

DYNAMIC STUDY ON HUMORAL IMMUNE REACTION IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE

Abstract:Serum Ig (S-Ig),complement factor 3(C_3)and circulatory immune complex (CIC) were determined in 115 cases of cerebrovascular disorder. In 62 acute cases of these, cerebrospinal fluid Ig (CSF-Ig),C_3 and IgG indexes were determined. Dynamic changes were observed in the subclinical, acute and recovery stages of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The results showed that the humoral immune reaction increased in ischemic cerebrovascular disorder and dynamic changes occurred as the patient' s condition worsened. The results also showed that in acute cerebral hemorrhage, the humoral immune reaction increased and the blood brain-barrier (BBB) suffered damage. In subarachnoidhemorrhage, the circulatory immune complex increased and the BBB was damaged. Our study of the immune reaction in subclinical, acute and convalescent stages of ischemic CVD revealed that humoral immune changes existed constantly in patients with this disease. It is considered that the cause of ischemic CVD may be closely related with immune reaction.
