中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜60例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为2组，治疗组33例，对照组27例，两组均给予强的松1mg／（kg·d），分次或顿服，病情严重者用等效量地塞米松或甲泼尼龙静滴，好转后改口服，待血小板升至正常或接近正常逐步减量（每周减5mg），以5-10mg／d维持，持续3-6月。同时配合对症支持疗法，防治感染。血小板太低，有自发出血倾象的用丙种球蛋白或输血小板，病情重者加用长春新碱1mg静脉注射，每周1次，4-6周为1疗程。治疗组在此基础上加用健脾活血为主，兼以清热凉血、滋阴降火、益气温阳等中药汤剂，有效时逐渐减少西药的用量及疗程。结果：治疗组血小板上升优于对照组，（p〈0．05），总有效率治疗组为90．9％，对照组为77．7％，两组总疗效比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）．结论中医西结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜比单用西药疗效显著。

Sixty examples of using the combination of the Chinese medicine and the western medicine to cure the disease of blood platelet decrease ITP

Aim Observing the effect of using the combination of the Chinese medicine and western medicine to cure the disease of blood platelet decrease ITP.Method Dividing the sixty examples into two groups, thirty-three treating examples.Result The increase of blood platelet ITP of the treating group is better than that of the comparing group. The difference in effect is meaningful.Conclusion The effect of using the combination of the Chinese medicine and the western medicine to cure the disease of blood platelet decrease ITP is better than that of using the western medicine to cure the disease of blood platelet decrease alone.
