| 摘 要： | 对１０例喉癌患者行全喉切除术后Ⅱ期Ｂｌｏｍ－Ｓｉｎｇｅｒ发音重建，并行选择在咽缩肌切断术，术后８例发音重建成功，并对咽缩肌切断术的作用及要点加以讨论。

| Abstract: | Stage I Blom-singer voice restoration after total laryngectomy in 10 patients is reported , and selective myotomy was taken. In this series, 8 patients readily achieved intelligible speech postoperatively. In addition,the method of selective myotomy and our experience are alsodiscussed. |
