| 摘 要： | 目的探讨清热滋阴活血方剂对2型糖尿病（T2DM）伴牙周炎的治疗效果。方法采用随机双盲法将84例T2DM伴牙周炎患者分为观察组及对照组各42例。两组均予牙周基础治疗，在此基础上观察组口服清热滋阴活血方剂2个月。治疗前后测定6颗受检牙6个位点菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、探诊深度（PD）、附着丧失（AL）等牙周临床指标及龈沟液中IL-6水平。结果两组治疗后各项牙周指标均明显改善（P均〈0．01），龈沟液中IL-6水平明显降低（P〈0．05）；观察组SBI、PD、AL及龈沟液IL-6改善程度明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论清热滋阴活血方剂用于T2DM伴牙周炎可明显提高牙周基础治疗的效果；其机制可能为降低龈沟液中IL-5水平。
