桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿继发三叉神经痛的诊断与治疗

目的探讨桥小脑角（CPA）区表皮样囊肿继发三叉神经痛患者的临床特点和对手术结果的评价。方法回顾性分析我院2003—2010年收治的10例具有典型三叉神经痛症状的CPA区表皮样囊肿并进行手术治疗的患者，并对影像学记录进行回顾性分析。结果7例肿瘤全切（70％），3例大部切除，无手术死亡。患者疼痛均完全缓解，随访疼痛无复发。结论与血管压迫引起的三叉神经痛患者相比，继发于CPA区表皮样囊肿的三叉神经痛患者具有发病年龄较轻、疼痛持续时间较长的特点，即使是大部切除肿瘤也极少复发，但尚需长期随访。

Diagnosis and treatment of epidermoid tumors in the cerebellopontine angle presenting with trigeminal neuralgia
