| 摘 要： | 目的比较肾上腺皮质癌（ACC）与其癌旁组织的蛋白表达谱的差异，筛选新的诊断ACC的肿瘤标志物。方法分别提取12例ACC组织蛋白及其癌旁组织蛋白。蛋白定量后，采用双向凝胶电泳（2-DE）对组织蛋白表达谱进行分离，采用飞行时间质谱对差异位点进行蛋白鉴定。结果共鉴定出29个ACC相关蛋白，其中表达上调20个，下调9个。上调蛋白的分子功能主要为蛋白质结合和氧化还原酶活性功能。结论成功筛选出一组在ACC组织中表达差异的蛋白，可能为ACC的候选肿瘤标志物。
