| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自体脂肪移植对上睑凹陷的疗效。方法：对21例上睑凹陷的患者应用自体脂肪移植充填于上睑眶隔内矫正上睑凹陷。结果：随访6个月～2年，所有患者上睑凹陷都获得了较好的矫正，效果满意。结论：应用自体脂肪移植矫正上睑凹陷是一种可靠、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of autogenous fat transplantation for correction of sagging upper eyelid. Methods 21 cases suffer from sagging upper eyelid underwent this therapy,Autogenous fat grafts harvested from cheek fat pad or axilla or abdomen were transplant into septum orbitale for correction of sagging upper eyelid. Results Satisfactory effects were obtained in 21 cases with 6 months to 2 years follow up. Conclusion This results show autogenous fat transplantion is a reliable and effective method for sagging upper eyelid. |
