运动试验中心绞痛与无症状性心肌缺血病例的比较

对８７例平板分级运动试验阳性病例，含心绞痛（ＡＰ）组和无症状（ＳＭＩ）组的各项指标进行比较。ＳＭＩ组的运动量和最大心率均大于ＡＰ组，其ＳＴ段下移导联数（ＮＳＴ）、前壁兼下壁导联呈ＳＴ段缺血型改变者均少于ＡＰ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＳＭＩ组病变较轻，ＡＰ组多支病变可能性较大；对从来无疼痛的运动试验阳性患者尚需长期观察。

The Comparison of Angina Pectoris and Silent Myocardial Ischemia Subjects duriog Treadmill Exercise Test

In a randomized trial,87 positive cases during treadmill exercise test were analysed.It was showed that the exercise capacity and maximal heart rate in patients with silent myocardial isehemia(SMI)were higher than those in patients with angina pectoris(AP),but the lead numbers of ST segment depression(NST)and the changes of ST segment ischemia at the anterior wall with inferior wall in SMI were fewer than those in AP(P<0.01).It is suggested that a mild pathologic change appeared in SMI patients,while a more severe change in AP patients in the positive cases during treadmill exercise test, but positive patients with SMI have get to be further followed up.
