| 摘 要： | 目的:对植物药丝瓜藤进行生药学研究。方法:采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、高效液相色谱鉴定。结果:详细描述了丝瓜藤的生药性状、横切面组织构造及粉末特征和高效液相色谱法鉴定研究结果。结论:所得结果可为生药的鉴定、质量标准和进一步开发利用丝瓜藤提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To engage in a pharmacognostical study on stem and root of Luffa cylindrica.Methods:The cross sections of root,rhizome,leaf and stem,the graphs were observed by the optical microscope,and it's fingerprints were given by HPLC.Results:Morphological,histological characters of the Chinese folk medicine stem and root of Luffa cylindrica were described and illustrated with line drawing,HPLC analysis of the above drug was also applied.Conclusion:Results of these studies can be used as reference information for further development,quality control,and identification of this crude drug. |
