基质金属蛋白酶9与原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)与血压昼夜节律模式改变的相关性。方法随机选择老年原发性高血压患者80例,其中杓型血压组27例作为对照,非杓型血压组27例、反杓型血压组26例作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法分别测定三组患者血清MMP-9水平,并进行对比分析。结果非杓型血压组、反杓型血压组患者的血清MMP-9水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01,t=3.997、2.798),MMP-9与患者年龄、平均脉搏、人院收缩压、人院舒张压等基本临床资料无显著相关性(P〉0.05)。结论非杓型血压组、反杓型血压组患者血清MMP-9表达增加,较杓型血压组患者发生心血管疾病损害的危险性增加,非杓型血压组与反杓型血压组患者血清MMP-9表达差异无统计学意义。

Relationship between matrix metalloproteinases-9 and circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension

Abstract:Objective To observe the relationship between the serum level of matrix metalloproteinase -9 ( MMP - 9) and circadian rhythm of ambulatory blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Methods According to ambulatory blood pressure, 80 patients with essential hypertension were divided into three groups: dipper group ( n = 27 ), non - dipper group ( n = 27 ), reversed - dipper group ( n = 26). The serum levels of MMP - 9 were detected by ELISA method in 80 senile hypertensive patients. Results The hypertension patiems in non - dipper group and reversed - dipper group exhibited higher levels of MMP - 9 (P 〈 0.01 ) than in the dipper group. The serum level of MMP - 9 was not significantly and positively eorrelated with HDL - C, LDL - C, age, and so on. Conclusion There exists the development of cardiovascular diseases in abnormal diurnal rhythm of blood pressure in essemial hypertension.
