中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎200例疗效观察

目的：观察中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将390例患者分为治疗组200例，对照组190例。治疗组应用中医辨证分型治疗；对照组采用胃苏冲剂、胃蛋白酶合剂、甲硝唑、阿莫西林、吗丁啉等药物治疗。结果：治疗组治愈38例，显效64例，有效78例，无效20例，总有效率90％，对照组190例，痊愈5例，显效45例，有效65例，无效70例，总有效率63．11％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效好。

Efficacy of syndrome differentiating treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine:a 200-case observational study

Objective：To investigate the cfinical efficacy of syndrome differentiating treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Methods： A total of 390 patients were divided into treatment group （n = 200） and control group （n = 190）. Treatment group received TCM syndrome differentiating treatment, while the control group was treated on combination of Weisu Granules, pepsin mixture, Metronidazole, Amoxicillin, Motilium and other drugs. Results：The total rate of response was 90% in 200 patients of the treatment group with 38 cases of full recovery, 64 of significant improvement, 78 of response and 20 of non- response,compared to 63. 11% in the 190 patients of the control group with 5 cases of full recovery,45 of significant improvement, 65 of response and 70 of non-response. The efficiency was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group, with statistical between-group difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Syndrome differentiating treatment by traditional Chinese medicine is efficient for chronic atrophic gastritis.
