| 摘 要： | 目的研究三叶青乙醇提取物及其不同溶剂萃取部分对不同肿瘤细胞的体外抑制作用,筛选三叶青抗肿瘤活性部位。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐（MTT）比色法。结果三叶青乙醇提取物和其4个提取部位对肿瘤细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用。其中,三氯甲烷部位和石油醚部位在一定浓度下可有效抑制肿瘤细胞的活性,乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用均较弱。结论三叶青中抗肿瘤的活性部位是三氯甲烷部位和石油醚部位,而且其对不同肿瘤细胞的体外抑制作用呈一定的浓度依赖作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To estimate the anti-tumor activity of the extract of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani Diels et Gilg.METHODS It was measured by methyl thiazolyltet razolium(MTT) colorimetric assay to screen the anti-tumor effect of the extracts of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani Diels et Gilg on different tumor cell lines in vitro.RESULTS The alcohol extract and four fraction from Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani Diels et Gilg had variable inhibitory effect on different tumor cell lines.Chloroform part and petroleum ether part had more remarkable anti-tumor activity in vitro than ethyl acetate part and 1-Butanol part.CONCLUSION Chloroform part and petroleum ether part,which are considered as active parts of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani Diels et Gilg,had a significant influence on cell activity in a dose-dependent manner. |
