输尿管镜结合钬激光治疗输尿管结石

目的：探讨输尿管镜结合钬激光治疗榆尿管结石的有效性和安全性.方法：回顾性分析2005年3月至2011年4月广东省梅州市人民医院收治的176例行输尿管镜结合钬激光治疗的输尿管结石患者的临床资料,其中输尿管上段结石67例,输尿管中段结石52例,输尿管下段结石57例.结果：结石完全清除率98.9％ （174/176）.单次碎石成功率为97.7％（172/176）,其中上段、中段、下段结石单次碎石成功率分别为97％ （65/67）、98％（51/52）、98％（56/57）.患者术中未出现输尿管穿孔、膀胱穿孔、黏膜撕裂等并发症,术后未出现感染、高热、梗阻性脓尿等并发症.术后随访8周至3个月,患者未出现输尿管狭窄.结论：输尿管镜结合钬激光碎石术安全、高效、并发症少.

Efficacy and safety of ureteroscopy combined with Holmium laser in treatment of ureterolithiasis

Objective：To explore the safety and efficacy of ureteroscopy combined with Holmium laser in treatment of ureterolithiasis. Methods： Between March 2005 and April 2011, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 176 cases of ureterolithiasis treated with ureteroscopy combined with Holmium laser in Meizhou People＇s Hospital （including 67 cases of upper ureteral stone, 52 cases of mid-ureteral stone and 57 cases of distal ureteral stone）. Results： The overall stone-free rate was 98.9% （n = 174/176）. Single stone- free rate was 97.7% （n = 172/176）. Notably, the upper, middle and distal stone-free rates were 97% （65/ 67）, 98% （n = 51/52） and 98% （56/57）, respectively. No complications such as ureteral perforation, visceral perforation or mucosal laceration were found at surgery, nor were infections, high fever or obstructive pyuria after surgery. Ureter stenosis was not found in patients during a follow-up of 8 weeks to 3 months. Conclusion： Ureteroscopy combined with Holmium laser may be safe and effective, and with less complications.
