剖宫产对初产妇配偶心理健康状况的影响及对策

目的：调查分析剖宫产初产妇配偶的心理健康状况并提供对策.方法：应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）在剖宫产初产妇术后1周内对其配偶（100例）的心理健康情况进行评分.结果：剖宫产初产妇配偶SCL-90总均分与国内常模比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑得分均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论：初产妇剖宫产的分娩方式同样也影响其配偶的心理健康.

Influence of cesarean section on mental health status of primiparas' spouses and its coping strategy

Objective： To Investigate the mental health status in husbands of primiparas who underwent cesarean section and to provide evidences for postpartum intervention. Methods ： Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） was used to measure mental health status in husbands of primiparas （ n = 100） within one week after the cesarean section delivery. Results： There was no significant difference in mean SCL-90 score of these primiparas＇ husbands as compared with the national norms （P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, the scores in domains of body, interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety in these husbands were statistically than normal （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Cesarean section as a mode of delivery for primiparas may also influence the mental health status of their spouses.
