| 摘 要： | 本文主要观察经冷冻高压破碎菌体、SDS处理以及蛋白酶消化提纯的精制厌氧棒菌细胞壁的佐剂作用;用溶血空斑法测定抗体形成细胞数以及间接血凝法测定免疫小鼠血清抗体,证明其对抗原SRBC及BSA具有明显佐剂作用;此外亦能恢复带瘤小鼠(艾氏腹水癌)的吞噬功能。

THE ADJUVANT EFFECT OF PURIFIED CELL WALL OF CORYNEBACTERIUM PARVUM AND ITS ACTIVATION ON MACROPHAGES |

| Abstract: | This report presents the study on the adjuvant activity of cell wall of C. Parvum in mice. Cell walls were prepared by high pressure freezing technique and were purified with S. D. S. and proteolytic digestion. The apperent adjuvant effect of the purified C. parvum cell wall has been confirmed by its combined use with SBBC and BSA respectively in the immunization of mice resulting in the significant enhancement of plaque formation and antibody production. In addition, the resto-ration of macrophage function in tumor bearing mice (Ehrlich's ascitss tumor) was found after treating with this refined preparation. |
