| 摘 要： | 近年造血干细胞移植有了很大的发展,尤其是发展了非清髓造血干细胞移植(NST)。与传统的移植相比,非清髓造血干细胞移植能够减少急性移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)发生,减低预处理相关毒性,缩短粒细胞缺乏期,降低移植相关病死率。非清髓造血干细胞移植扩大了移植适应证,为血液病患者,尤其是老年患者提供了一条安全、有效、新的治疗手段。本文对近年非清髓造血干细胞移植治疗血液病的临床疗效简要综述。

| Abstract: | Over the past several years,significant advancement has been achieved in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,especially in nonmyeloablative stem cell transplantation (NST).Compaed with traditional HSCT,NST can reduce acute GVHD,lower the toxicity related to fore treatment,shorten the time of agranulocytosis phase and decrease case fatality related to transplantation.It has enlarged transplantation indication,providing a new safty effective therapeutic method for elder patients.This review summarizes the clinical effect of NST in recent years. |
