| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响医科院校大学生生活事件的特点。方法采用生活事件评定量表对我省某医科院校2 062名大学生进行随机抽样调查。结果考试失败、学习负担重、被人误会、远离家人等生活事件的发生频率较高;各生活事件应激量在男女生之间大多存在差异,在不同年级之间亦存在显著性差异。结论大学教育工作者应根据大学生生活事件的特点进行心理教育。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of stress-related life event that influenced students in medical university.Methods Adolescent self-rating life events check list was used to test 2 062 randomly sampled medical students.Results The higher frequencies of occurrence of life events included failure in examinations,a heavy load of study,misunderstanding by others,separation from family members etc.The quantities of stress about life events in male students were different from that of female students,and were significant different across grades.Conclusions Mental health education should be carried out in medical university based on characteristics of life events among students. |
