肌病的心肌损害

目的 探讨肌病时心肌损害的表现及预后。方法 回顾分析了吉林大学第一医院1997年-2002年间住院病例中临床确诊为肌病病例33例。其中并发明确心肌损害者10例。结果 在上述10例病例中。表现出不同类型的心肌损害24例次，包括心功能不全1例次；心脏超声异常7例次；X线胸片异常2例次；心电图异常9例次；心肌酶升高5例次。全部病例死亡3例。其中2例死于心脏损害，1例死于肺部感染。结论 肌病并发的心肌损害可表现为多种形式，使病情加重，预后不良，根据本组和其它文献报告的病例特点，提出肌病并发心肌损害的诊断参考标准。

The heart impairment of myopathy

Objective The clinical manifestation and prognosis of heart involvement of myopathy were studied. Methods In the First Hospital of Jilin University,there were 10 cases with heart impairment in the 33 ones with myopathy during 1997 2002. Results In these 10 cases,the total quantity of heart impairment was 24,including cardiac dysfunction 1;the abnormal manifestation of cardiac ultrasound inspection 7;the abnormal manifestation of X ray photo of chest 2;the abnormal electrocardiograph 9;the elevated serum concentration of myocardial enzymes 5.There were 3 cases who died of heart impairment(2 cases) and pulmonary infection(1 case). Conclusion The kinds of heart impairment in the cases with myopathy could make the disease more serious and deteriorate the prognosis. The criterion of heart impairment in the cases with myopathy was expounded.
