| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的CT表现。方法回顾性分析11例手术病理证实的SPTP的临床特征及CT表现。结果研究证实,所有的SPTP病灶均由不同比例的实性与囊性成分构成,在11例中,囊实性结构比例相仿者6例,囊性结构为主者4例,实性结构为主者1例。肿块均为囊实性,伴发钙化4例。增强扫描实性部分明显强化,囊性部分各期均无强化。结论 SPTP的CT表现具有一定特征性,结合临床特点CT可较好地作出术前诊断及鉴别诊断。
