| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿重症肺炎常见细菌种类、耐药性以及治疗对策。方法：研究2008年1月至2010年12月入住我院儿童重症监护室（pediatric intensive care unit,PICU）的重症肺炎合并多器官功能衰竭患者203例全部应用呼吸机治疗,上机后72 h内,气管导管内吸痰连做3次细菌培养（阳性做药敏试验）,连续2次以上相同细菌者认定为该病原菌感染。结果：195例2次以上相同细菌被纳入本次研究中,前4位的细菌为：肺炎克雷伯菌54/195（27.69%）,大肠埃希菌48/195（24.61%）,金黄色葡萄球菌42/195（21.54%）,铜绿假单胞菌32/195（16.92%）,前4位的细菌总和176/195（90.25%）。结论：PICU应采取行之有效的干预对策,控制细菌耐药性迅速增长的不良趋势。
