TORCH感染的血清学筛查

摘    要:目的:了解TORCH感染的血清学筛查及其在新生儿先天性疾病防治中的应用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测800例孕妇血清中的特异性抗弓形虫IgM/IgG抗体(TOX-IgM/IgG)、抗风疹病毒IgM/IgG抗体(RV-IgM/IgG)、抗巨细胞病毒IgM/IgG抗体(CMV-IgM/IgG)、抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型IgM/IgG抗体(HSVⅠ-IgM/IgG)、抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型IgM/IgG抗体(HSVⅡ-IgM/IgG),对结果进行统计学处理,计算TORCH 10项的感染率。结果:TORCH 10项阳性率比较:TOX-IgG:1.0%,TOX-IgM:0.13%,RV-IgG:85.8%,RV-IgM:1.13%,CMV-IgG:98.3%,CMV-IgM:0.38%,HSVⅠ-IgG:97.5%,HSVⅠ-IgM:0.5%,HSVⅡ-IgG:12.12%,HSVⅡ-IgM:0.13%;TORCH10项检查4种筛查结果的比较:IgG(+)IgM(-):TOX 8例,RV 678例,CMV 783例,HSVⅠ776例,HSVⅡ97例;IgG(-)IgM(-):TOX 791例,RV 113例,CMV 14例,HSVⅠ20例,HSVⅡ702例;IgG(+)IgM(+):TOX 0例,RV 8例,CMV 3例,HSVⅠ4例,HSVⅡ0例;IgG(-)IgM(+):TOX 1例,RV 1例,CMV 0例,HSVⅠ0例,HSVⅡ1例。结论:孕前及孕期TORCH筛查,防止孕前、孕期的TORCH感染,以便及时采取方法和措施,预防出生缺陷,提高人口素质,对优生优育具有重大意义。

Abstract:Objective:To understand serological screening for TORCH infection in prevention of infant infection.Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the specificity of the serum TOX-IgM/IgG,RV-IgM/IgG,CMV-IgM/IgG,HSVⅠ-IgM/IgG,HSVⅡ-IgM/IgG in pregnant women.The results were calculated for ten TORCH infection rates.Results: The comparison of infection positive rate of TORCH 10 inspection: TOX-IgG: 1.0%,TOX-IgM: 0.13%,RV-IgG: 85.8%,RV-IgM: 1.13%,CMV-IgG: 98.3%,CMV-IgM: 0.38%,HSVⅠ-IgG: 97.5%,HSVⅠ-IgM: 0.5%,HSVⅡ-IgG: 12.12%,HSVⅡ-IgM: 0.13%.The comparison of four kinds of screening results of TORCH 10 inspection: IgG(+)IgM(-): TOX 8,RV 678,CMV 783,HSVⅠ 776,HSVⅡ 97;IgG(-)IgM(-): TOX 791,RV 113,CMV 14,HSVⅠ 20,HSVⅡ 702;IgG(+)IgM(+): TOX 0,RV 8,CMV 3,HSVⅠ 4,HSVⅡ 0;IgG(-)IgM(+): TOX 1,RV 1,CMV 0,HSVⅠ 0,HSVⅡ 1.Conclusion:TORCH screening before pregnancy and during pregnancy,prevent TORCH infections before pregnancy and during pregnancy,in order to take methods and measures timely,prevention of birth defects and improve population quality,it is very meaningful to prenatal and postnatal care.
