运用线收缩率评价新型钴铬烤瓷合金的铸造性能

摘    要:目的:应用线收缩法对新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用的钴铬烤瓷合金作对比研究。方法:使用环氧树脂制作模具制作直径4 mm、长30 mm的模型,制作蜡型新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用的钴铬烤瓷合金各10个技工室常规包埋、铸造铸件分离后喷砂、切除铸道。用游标卡尺测量新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用的钴铬烤瓷合金前后收缩的长度计算线收缩率。结果:新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用的钴铬烤瓷合金都表现不同程度收缩,t检验结果P〉0.05。结论:新型钴铬烤瓷合金与临床应用的钴铬烤瓷合金的铸造性能两者之间在线收缩率上表现无差别,为其临床应用提供了一定的依据。
