| 摘 要： | 目的：了解驻沈高校教师生命质量状况,并探讨其主要影响因素。方法：采用SF-36健康量表对高校教师及对照人群进行调查。结果：高校教师生命质量各维度得分普遍低于对照人群。自感压力对高校教师生命质量绝大多数维度有显著影响。影响高校教师生命质量生理健康方面的因素主要有年龄、每周工作时间、家庭人口数和自感压力;影响精神健康方面的主要因素有性别、职称、个人收入、宗教信仰和自感压力。结论：高校教师生命质量低于对照人群,压力可能是影响高校教师生命质量的最主要因素。
