| 摘 要： | 随着步入老龄化社会,抑郁症已成为老年人常见的精神障碍性疾病,并多与心脑血管病并存。心脑血管病与抑郁症相关,其因果关系可能是复杂的,双相的,血管性疾病易发生抑郁症,而抑郁症又进一步使血管性疾病恶化,故在治疗老年人躯体疾病时,更要重视相伴的精神疾病的诊治。

| Abstract: | With the coming of the aging society,depression has become a common mental disease in the elderly people.Depression often coexists with cardio-/cerebro-vascular diseases.The relationship between these two types of diseases is complicated:vascular diseases may result in depression but depression can also deteriorate vascular diseases.So,when we treat the somatopathy diseases in the aged,we should not ignore the management of the possible concomitant mental diseases. |
