| 摘 要： | 目的:观察乳果糖对实验性肝硬化大鼠内毒素血症的影响。方法:采用硫代乙酰胺腹腔注射制造大鼠肝硬化模型,并将肝硬化模型大鼠随机分为肝硬化对照组和乳果糖治疗组;乳果糖组每日灌服乳果糖,对照组灌服糖水,10 d后检测各组鼠的血浆内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果:乳果糖治疗组血浆LPS、TNF-α、ALT水平较肝硬化对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论:乳果糖可能是通过降低血浆LPS来降低TNF-α水平,从而对肝脏起到保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of lactulose on plasm Lipoplysaccharide Endotoxin(LPS) in cirrhotic rats.Methods: Experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats was induced by injecting of thioacetamide introperitioneally.The rats were randomly divided into cirrhosis model group and treatment group with lactulose and plasm LPS,TNF-α and serum ALT were measured in every group and normal rats.The levels of LPS,TNF-α,serum ALT were significantly lower in Lactulose group than those in cirrhosis model group.Conclusion: Lactulose may protect hepatic cells by lowering the level of plasm LPS and then that of TNF-α. |
