摘    要:目的:观察非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中E-CD基因的转录表达水平,分析肺癌转移与该基因表达异常的关系。方法:采用半定量RT-PCR方法,以正常肺组织为对照,观察了24例原发性NSCLC中E-CD基因的mRNA表达情况。结果:24例NSCLC患者中,E-CDmRNA表达异常10例(10/24,41.7%),其中15例淋巴结转移的患者中E-CDmRNA表达降低9例(9/15,60.0%),明显高于无淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌(1/9,11.1%),P<0.05。结论:E-CD基因为一种可在肺癌转移过程中发挥负调节作用的转移抑制基因,检测E-CDexon8-9mRNA的表达有助于肺癌的病理学诊断。

Abstract:Objectiv e:To examine the mRNA expression of the E-CD gene and to analyse the relation between metastasis of non-small cell lung carcinomas and the gene expression abnor-malities.Methods:By using semiquantitative RT-PCR,The E-CD mRNA expression were studied in24cases of non-small cell lung cancer.The normal lung tissue were used as control.Results:Decreased expression of E-CD mRNA were found in9of15lung cancer cases with lymph node metastasis,The rate(6/15.40.0%)of this was significantly higher than that of the non-metastasis cancers(P<0.05).Conclusion:These data indicate that E-CD may be a putative metastasis sup-pressoe gene which had shown reverse regulating activation in the metastasis progression of lung cancer,and the leval of E-CD mRNA expression may be considered as one of the pathological indications in predicting metastasis potential of lung cancers.
