SP方案和FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床对比研究

目的：比较替吉奥联合顺铂（SP）方案与FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法：用随机数字表将40例确诊的晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组。实验组20例用SP方案化疗,对照组20例用FOLFOX4方案化疗,两组患者均治疗至少3个疗程后用评价两种化疗方案的近期疗效和不良反应。结果：实验组CR 2例,PR 9例,SD 8例,PD 1例,总有效率为55.0%;对照组CR 0例,PR 9例,SD 9例,PD 2例,总有效率为45.0%,两组近期疗效无显著差异（P〉0.05）。实验组白细胞减少、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等胃肠道反应的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：SP方案与FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效相当,但前者毒副反应较少,患者依从性更高。

Clinical Study of S-1 Combined with Cisplatine and FOLFOX4 Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective： To compare the efficacy and toxicity of S-1 combined with cisplatine and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods：Fourty patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled into this study.They were randomly divided into S-1 combined with cisplatine therapy group（SP Group） and FOLFOX4 therapy group respectively.All patients received three cycles of chemotherapy at least.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated according to RECIST standard.Results：The overall effective rate in SP group was 55.0%,and in FOLFOX4 group was 45.0%（ P〉0.05）.The incidence of myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea in SP group was lower than that in FOLFOX4 group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of S-1combined with cisplatine and FOLFOX4 regimens for gastric cancer is similar,and the toxicity of SP regimen is more less.
