上海市箱包制鞋行业职业病危害作业分级研究

目的 依据职业病危害作业分级的相关标准,分析箱包制鞋生产企业现场调查及检测资料结果,确定箱包制鞋行业职业病危害作业分级,为行业危害防护提供针对性的参考建议。 方法 采用随机抽样的方法,以上海市奉贤区等四个区的职业病危害申报数据库内随机选取的44家制鞋企业、30家箱包生产企业作为调查对象,开展职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测与分析,评估箱包制鞋行业职业病危害关键控制点,并进行职业病危害作业分级。 结果 箱包制鞋行业刷胶(含烘干)、打浆搅拌等岗位为重度化学物危害作业;切边作业为噪声极重危害作业岗位;吸塑作业为噪声重度危害作业岗位。 结论 箱包制鞋行业存在发生职业病、突发职业病危害事故的风险,需制定该行业职业卫生防护规范,并加强监管。

Classification of occupational hazards in bag and shoe making industry in Shanghai

Objective The occupational hazards in bag and shoe making industry were investigated and classified,in order to provide orientation for control of these hazards. Methods A total of 44 shoe making companies and 30 luggage making companies in Shanghai were investigated. The technical process,the flowchart,the used raw materials were asked and audited. The related occupational hazards were surveyed and classified according to the national guideline on classification of occupational hazards at workplaces. Results The worksites,such as the brush coating and drying,the beating and mixing, were classified as the severe worksites with chemical hazards. The worksite trimming was classified as one with heavy hazards of noise,while the worksite plastic as one with severe hazards of noise. Conclusion The occupational hazards in bag and shoe making industry were severe, particularly at some worksites. The relevant administrative departments should supervise these industries to enforce them to improve working environment and ensure workers＆#39; health.
