全身型幼年特发性关节炎40例

目的探讨儿童幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)全身型40例的临床和治疗特点。方法回顾性分析1999年6月～2004年6月住院的40例JIA全身型患儿临床表现、实验室检查结果、治疗及预后等资料。结果所有病例均有发热及关节炎症状,部分出现皮疹或内脏损害。治疗以非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDS)为主,必要时加慢作用抗风湿药或激素,预后较好。结论对于长期反复发热,有内脏损伤,关节炎症状明显,或需大剂量激素才能缓解症状者,应尽早加用慢作用抗风湿药,有利于控制病情,改善预后。

Clinical Study in 40 Children with Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

Objective To investigate the character of clinical manifestation and treatment regiment in 40 children with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJI A). Methods Forty children diagnosed as SJIA were analyzed of their clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis. Results All patients had fever and joint symptom,part of them had dash and damage of mult - organ. Non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS) were the major drugs used in the treatment of all SJIA children. Delayed modified anti - rheumatoid drugs (DMARDS) and steroids were added when patients need. Most of SJIA children achieved better outcome. Conclusions Our data demonstrated steroids were used frequently while the dose of NSAIDS were not enough, compared with standard D&T plan of SJIA;DMARDS were advocated early in children with long time recurrent fever, multi-organ involved, severe arthritis or those who only need high dose of steroids to alleviate symptoms; DMARDS used also to keep remissson and improve outcome.
