三种经尿道手术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效比较

目的 比较前列腺增生症（benign prostatic hyperplasia BPH）的3种腔道手术的治疗效果。方法 分别采用经尿道产列腺电切术（TURP），经尿道前列腺电气化术（TUVP）和经尿道接触式激光前列腺切除术（TULP）治疗BPH共357例。结果 TULP及TUVP手术时间比TURP缩短，出血明显减少，膀胱冲洗时间、置管时间及住院时间均短于TURP。结论 3种腔道手术都是治疗前列腺增生的有效方法，其疗效TURP与TUVP相似，TULP稍差，但TULP和TUVP与TURP比较更易掌握，出血量及并发症更少，联合TUVP诮民TURP或TULP与TURP可缩短手术时间，增加前列腺切除量和提高疗效。

Comparative study of three transurethral surgical treatment methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To compare treatment effect of three transurethral surgical methods for benign prostatoc hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 357 cases of BPH were treated with transurethral electroresection of prostate (TURP), Transurethral vaporization of prostate (TUVP) and transurethral laser prostatectomy (TULP) respectively. Results The average period of operation and the average amount of bleeding were less in TULP and TUVP groups than in TURP group. The mean indwelling catheter time and the hospital resident time in TUVP and TULP groups were shorter than in TURP group. Conclusion Three surgical methods are all effective to the treatment of HBP. TURP is as effective ad TUVP and TULP is a little worse. TULP and TUVP, resulting in less bleeding and having fewer complications, are more easily manipulated than TURP. A combined application of TUVP and TURP or TULP and TURP will shorten the operation time and increase the removing amount of the prostate and thus improve the treatment effect.
