| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院近两年注射用抗茵药应用状况。方法：统计2003—2004年注射用抗茵药的消耗量、金额，用限定日剂量法分析临床使用情况。结果：按照使用频度（DDDs）排序，阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星、氟罗沙星是临床最常用的注射用抗菌药，其每日药费均较低；按每日药费排序，头孢孟多酯钠、亚胺培南西司他丁、头孢噻肟钠舒巴坦钠、头孢吡肟和帕尼培南倍他米隆等药日消耗药费较多，其DDDs均较低。结论：我院连续2年注射用抗茵药应用基本稳定、合理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the use of the injection antibiotics in our hospital during 2003-2004. Method: The total consumption and purchase expenditure of the injection antibiotics used in our hospital during 2003-2004 was investigated ; the Defined Daily Dose (DDD) recommended by WHO to analyze the clinical use of the injection antibiotics was adopted. Result; According to DDDs, azithromycin, levofloxacin and fleroxacin were most frequently used in the clinic, and their daily therapy cost was low, According to the daily therapy cost, there were many new cephalosporin antibiotics and carbopene antibiotics ( cefamandole nafate, imipenem + cilastatin, cefotaxime sodium + Sulbactam, cefepime, panipen-em + betamipron) , but their use frequency (DDDs) was low. Conclusion:In general, the utilization of the injection antibiotics in our hospital during 2003 - 2004 is basically stable and reasonable. |
