骨缘当归的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的为了开发利用骨缘当归资源,对其化学成分进行了研究。方法体积分数为95%乙醇提取,石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取,用大孔树脂和硅胶柱色谱,LH-20色谱及重结晶纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分得14个化合物,其中11个香豆素类成分,分别为(-)-anomalin(Ⅰ),(+)-3′R,4′R-顺式凯林内酯(Ⅱ),hyuganinD(Ⅲ),蝉翼素(Ⅳ),佛手柑内酯(Ⅴ),补骨脂素(Ⅵ),伞形花内酯(Ⅶ),东莨菪素(Ⅷ),marmesin(Ⅸ),紫花前胡苷(Ⅹ),伞形花内酯-7-芹菜糖葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ);1个色原酮成分3′R-(+)-亥茅酚(Ⅻ)和2个甾醇,β-谷甾醇(ⅩⅢ)和胡萝卜苷(daucosterel,ⅩⅣ)。结论除化合物Ⅳ,ⅩⅣ外,其他化合物都是首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To find the effective principles of Angelica cartilagino-marginata var. foliata Yuan et Shan and to present evidences for its reasonable development. METHODS The roots were extracted with 95% alcohol,distributed by petroleum ether,EtOAc,and n-BuOH,isolated via column chromatography on silica gel and by recrystallization and so on. The structures were elucidated by means of physico-chemical data and UV,IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and EIMS.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were separated.Eleven Coumarins were(-)-anomalin(Ⅰ),(+)-3′R,4′R-cis-khellactone,(Ⅱ),hyuganin D(Ⅲ), pteryxin(Ⅳ), bergapten(Ⅴ),psoralen(Ⅵ),umbelliferone(Ⅶ),scopoletin(Ⅷ),nodakenetin(Ⅸ),marmesinin(Ⅹ)and umbelliferone-7-apiosylglucoside(Ⅺ).1 Choromone was (+)-3′R-hamoudol(Ⅻ)and 2 phytosterols were β-sitosterol(ⅩⅢ) and daucosterel(ⅩⅣ). CONCLUSION Except compound Ⅳ and ⅩⅣ,the compounds are discovered in this plant for the first time.
