| 摘 要： | 胸椎后纵韧带骨化(ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament of the thoracic spine,T-OPLL)是引起胸椎管狭窄的原因之一.一经发现常呈进行性发展,可导致严重脊髓压迫共至截瘫,且保守治疗无效,需选择手术治疗~(1]).
