| 摘 要： | 从五脏层次观、辨证层次观等两方面，论述在继承的基础上，结合临床实际对脏腑辨证进行细化分型的必要性。并提出脏腑辨证细化分型及证候的细化分型研究应该是中医证候客观化研究的新方向。
