人类乳头瘤病毒与多种皮肤肿瘤以及一些可能癌变的皮肤病,如疣状表皮发育不良等,存在密切关系,这些患者的皮损中大部分都可检测出人类乳头瘤病毒。紫外线与某些皮肤肿瘤发病的关系已是不争的事实。最近研究表明,紫外线与人类乳头瘤病毒的感染也存在相关性。因此,三者之间的协同作用可能是某些人类乳头瘤病毒相关皮肤肿瘤发生的基础。

Human Papilloma Virus,Ultraviolet and Skin Tumors

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is closely related to many skin cancers and some diseases which possess the possibility of developing skin cancers later(such as epidermodysplasia verruciformis). HPV is often found in most lesions of these diseases. Ultraviolet(UV) radiation is, undoubtedly, a carcinogenic factor. Some recent researches indicate UV has something to do with the prevalence of HPV infection. So a synergistic action of these factors may lay the foundation for the development of some skin cancers.
