平均住院日影响因素的灰色关联分析

目的了解住院患者平均住院日的主要影响因素,为医院管理者进行科学化、定量化的管理提供参考依据。方法采用灰色关联分析法,结合Excel 2003对某院2002—2012年住院患者平均住院日及其影响因素进行关联分析。结果影响平均住院日的因素根据其关联强度依次为治愈好转率、病床周转次数、抢救成功率、床位使用率、病死率、实际占床总天数、收容人次、手术总例数、院内感染例数。结论用灰色关联分析法分析住院患者平均住院日影响因素,结果可靠,简单易行,为医院管理者合理控制平均住院日提供依据。

Grey Relation Analysis of Influence Factors of Average Length of Stay

Objectives To find influence factors of average length of stay and provide references for scien- tific and quantified management. Methods The gray correlation analysis was applied to analyzed the average length of stay and its influencing factors of one hospital between 2002 and 2012. Results 9 factors correlated with it, according to the correlation intensity, 9 factors were found, which in turn was the highest in curative rate, dis- charged from the total number of beds, the rescue success rate, utilization rate of beds, mortality rate, sickbed turnover number, hospitalized number, the number of surgeries, the number of inside - hospital infection. Conclu- sion It is convenient to use the grey correlation analysis in researching the influence factor of average length of stay, and the results can provide a reasonable reference for hospital administration.
