| 摘 要： | 目的探讨RKIP、E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测77例食管鳞状细胞癌组织、77例癌旁非肿瘤组织中RKIP和E-cadherin的蛋白表达,分析其表达与临床病理学指标的关系以及两者表达的相关性。结果 RKIP和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表达明显低于癌旁组织(P均<0.05),在有淋巴结转移的食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表达明显低于无淋巴结转移的组织(P均<0.05),RKIP和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 RKIP、E-cadherin表达的降低能促进食管鳞状细胞癌的淋巴转移。 |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the expression of Raf kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP) and E-cadherin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and its significance.Methods The expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in 77cases of ESCC tissues and 77 cases of precancerous nontumorous tissues were detected by immunohistochemisty.The correlation of RKIP and E-cadherin,and the relationships of expression with clinical pathology indexes were analyzed.Results The expressions of RKIP and E-cadherin in ESCC tissues were significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation in the expressions of RKIP and E-cadherin in ESCC tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion The reduction of RKIP and E-cadherin can promote lymphatic metastasis in ESCC. |
