摘    要:目的探讨金蛤口服液对放射性小鼠模型免疫功能的影响。方法 60只昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,每组12只,不同剂量金蛤口服液或生理盐水连续灌胃给药6 d。在给药第2天,除对照组外均行X线照射1次,制作免疫功能障碍小鼠模型。检测各组小鼠跳台错误次数和负重游泳时间以及小鼠免疫器官(胸腺、脾脏)质量的变化。结果金蛤口服液可显著降低辐射造成的小鼠错误跳台次数,同时延长辐射造成的负重游泳时间,显著提高放射性小鼠的免疫器官胸腺指数,提高网状内皮系统吞噬功能。结论金蛤口服液对放射性小鼠模型免疫功能有增强作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the influence of Golden Clam oral liquid(GCOL) on immunologic function of blood-weak mouse model exposed with X ray.Methods 60 mice were divided into 5 groups,12 cases in each group.All animals were treated by intragastric administration with high,middle and low dose GCOL or physiological saline for 6 days.The mice immune dysfunction model excepted control group were established by exposed with X ray.The changes of weight-carrying swimming time,step-down wrong times and immune organs(thymus,spleen) weight in each group were detected and compared.Results GCOL could markedly improve the blood-weak weight-carrying swimming time,step-down wrong times and mouse thymus index,but also improve the reticuloendothelial system phagocytic function.Conclusion GDOL enhance the immunologic function on blood-weak mouse model exposed with X ray.
