| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的不常见CT表现及特征.方法 回顾性分析25例经手术病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤患者的临床资料及CT表现,其中10例仅接受平扫,15例接受CT平扫和增强扫描.结果 25例均为单发病灶,其中20例(20/25,80.00%)表现为结节,5例(5/25,20.00%)为肿块;6例(6/25,24.00%)有浅分叶,6例(6/25,24.00%)含钙化成分,2例(2/25,8.00%)表现为磨玻璃密度结节,1例(1/25,4.00%)病变周围肺气肿,1例(1/25,4.00%)突入支气管内生长,1例(1/25,4.00%)有短毛刺,2例(2/25,8.00%)见血管集束征;15例增强扫描病灶呈轻度至显著强化.结论 CT能够显示肺硬化性血管瘤的特征,关注其不常见表现有利于诊断.
