先天性白内障术前视力特征及对术后视力恢复的影响

先天性白内障术前视力特点:致密核性白内障(CDNC)580眼中,主要分布在低视力级和盲级;全性白内障(CTC)324眼中,主要分布在盲级;前极性白内障(CAPC)212眼中,主要分布在VA>0.3级和低视力级;后极性白内障(CPPC)207眼中,三个级区内大致均分;绕核性白内障(CPNC)218眼中,主要分布在低视力级和盲级,术后最佳矫正视力特点:CDNC352只眼中,主要分布在>0.3级和低视力级;CTC253只眼中,主要分布在低视力级和盲级;CAPC210眼中,主要分布在>0.3级;CPPC174眼中,也主要分布在>0.3级,CPNC207眼中,主要分布在>O.3级和低视力级.5种先天性白内障中,术前和术后视力较好的是先天性前极性和后极性白内障,尤以前极性白内障为甚,说明只要治疗得当,该型白内障愈后情况是较好的.

Effect of Character of VA pre-op.from Congenttal Cataract on the Recovery of VA post-op.

It has been found that the distribution of the visual acuity(V.A.)preoperation(pre-op.)among five kinds of human congentital cataracts was quite different.In the 580 eyes fron the CDNC,main distribution of VA preop.has been seen in the grade of low vision(40%)and blindmess(50.34%).In the 324eyes fron the CTC,it's mainly in the blindness(70.37%),In the 212 eyes fron the CAPC,it's mainly in the VA>0.3(47.17%)and low vision(45.28%).In the 218eyes from the CPNC,it's mainly in the low vision(39.45%)and blindness (42.20%).But in the 207 eyes fron the CPPC,the VA pre-op.distributed averagely in the three grades. It has been found that the distribution of VA post-op among five congenital cataract was also quite different.In the 352 eyes fron the CDNC,distribution of the VA post-op.has been found mainly in the grade of VA>0.3(43.18%)and that of low vision(44.32%).In the 253eyes fron the CTC,it'smainly in the low vision(43.08%)and blindness(28.46%).In the 210 eyes fron the CAPC,it's mainly in the VA>0.3(78.10%).In the 174 eyes fron the CPPC,it's also mainly in the VA>0.3(56.32%),and inn the 207 eyes fron CPNC,it's mainly in the VA>0.3(54.17%)and low vision (41.06%).It has been found fron analysing the distribution ratio of VA pre-op.and post-op.on five congenital cataracts that the better VApre-op.can be found in the CAPC and CPPC.In which the ratio of the VA pre-op.and post-op.being VA>0.3 were also higher than 50% respectively.but in other three congenital cataracts,the ratio of VA pre-op.being VA>0.3 were rather smaller,and the VA post-op.were also lower than the others.It has been found that the VA opst-op.of CAPC of CAPC were all above the grade of low vision ,which suggested that the result of this kind congenital cataract would be fine if iffective method could been taken on time.
